For starters you can look forward to a variety of sharable plates, fresh seafood and lightly battered dishes. We enjoyed ‘Crisp Fried Calamari served with Singapore Style Chilli Sauce’ & ‘Crisp Fried Devilled Sprats served with aioli’.

We also shared some delicious ‘Fresh Rock Oysters from Jersey’ served au naturale with a drizzle of lemon.

Diners are spoilt for choice when it comes to Rockfish mains. The catch of the day is usually pretty tempting and unlimited chips -as the change suggests – can be ordered again and again and again.. Check out the seafood menu here.

This Soft Shell Crab Burger looked out of this world. It was basted with hot & sweet chilli sauce and was served in a soft roll with jalapeño slaw. Sadly, the texture just didn’t quite work for me and I probably wouldn’t order it again. However, my dining partner enjoyed theirs.

Crispy Fried Fish Tacos with guacamole, red onion, fresh lime, chilli, yoghurt, mint & coriander. Our waitress let us know in advance that these were fairly spicy, but personally we thought that the heat was just right.

Traditional Fish and Chips, fried in Rockfish batter, served with unlimited fresh cut chips & tartare sauce. We definitely recommend ordering a side of curry sauce for this. The mushy peas weren’t quite traditional mushy peas, which was a little bit disappointing. However, the fish itself was lovely.

For dessert we had a Knickerbocker Glory with seasonal fruit, soft whip ice cream & strawberry sauce’ and a ‘Banana Split with sticky toffee sauce, soft whip ice cream & sugar toasted almonds’.
